1. Platform Scope

  • Artheek provides an online mutual fund distribution platform for investment transactions, portfolio viewing, and investor education.
  • Artheek does not act as an issuer of mutual fund schemes and does not guarantee returns.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

  • You must provide accurate registration, KYC, and contact details as required by applicable regulations.
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security, login credentials, and authorized use of your account.

3. Orders and Transactions

  • All purchase, redemption, and switch requests are processed subject to AMC cut-off timelines, scheme rules, and successful payment/authorization.
  • NAV applicability and final execution are governed by AMC and RTA rules, not by indicative values shown on the platform.

4. Fees, Data, and Content

  • Any platform fees, charges, or third-party costs, where applicable, are displayed transparently before transaction confirmation.
  • Market data, fund metrics, and educational content are for informational use and may be delayed or updated without prior notice.

5. Risk Disclosure

  • Mutual fund investments are subject to market risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
  • Investors should review scheme documents and assess suitability based on risk profile and financial goals.

6. Suspension and Termination

  • Artheek may restrict or suspend access for policy violations, suspicious activity, regulatory obligations, or operational/security reasons.
  • Users may request account closure subject to pending transaction and compliance requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Artheek is not liable for losses caused by market movement, AMC-side processing delays, telecom/network outages, or user-side errors.
  • Liability, where legally applicable, is limited to the extent permitted under governing law.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by applicable laws of India.
  • Jurisdiction for disputes will be as per applicable legal and regulatory framework.
